The West of the Rift Valley Region Administration team, consisting of the Regional Superior, Vicaress, and Councilor(s), oversees the region’s operations and appoints sisters to work in their apostolates. They regularly visit and liaise with Dioceses, parishes, and government offices, with the current team consisting of Regional Superior Rev. Sr. Irine Masibayi; Vicaress Rev Sr. Jacinta Kisangau ; Council Member Rev. Sr. Sarah Richo, Council Member Rev. Sr. Carolyne Nyamburi and  Council Member Rev. Sr. Carolyne Makhanu
